What's the difference between Hair Included and Bring Your Own Bundles?

Hair included is a fully done for you custom wig experience where Life of Lucid supplies the hair, customization and styling. Bring Your Own Bundles allows clients to send in their own hair for construction and customization services. 

Do I need a consultation for Hair Included custom wigs?

Yes. Hair Included custom wigs require consultation to discuss head measurements, desired look, lifestyle and customization preferences.

Are your wigs beginner friendly?

Yes. Life of Lucid wigs are designed to be beginner friendly, glueless and ready to wear.

Do your wigs come styled?

Yes. All wigs are customized, styled and packaged before shipment.

How do I maintain my wig?

Proper maintenance includes storing your wig correctly, limiting excessive product buildup and scheduling routine cleansing/styling maintenance when needed.

What is a Wig Shield?

The Wig Shield is Life of Lucid Wig Co.'s protective packaging and storage system designed to help protect and preserve your wig.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.

Incorrect measurements may affect the fit of your unit. Please ensure all measurements submitted are accurate.
